   too loud, food comes in whenever and some of the people in our party finished their main entre when the rest were served. not going back

   Everything was going well until we ordered our main courses. We were a party of five and the food didn’t come together, not even close. We got 2 sandwiches and the rest trickled in. My brother’s steak was literally cold by the time the last dish arrived. It took about 20 minutes. Servers and managers passed by our table watching us not eat our food until the last person in our party received theirs and they didn’t have a care in the world. Definitely not going back. I do love their Downtown location though.

   Motek was a fav of ours for dinner for the last 5 years probably dined there 40-50 times However this time it was a 90 min experience waiting an hr for the main course the areyes burger and it came with cold tasteless French fries that got changed from what they always served- there. They brought another fry then told us after I asked the mgr these are not the original that they changed the fries ok so there was the answer Also the burger was served in its own pile of grease Our waitress timed the burger to be served after we were absolutely finished with our app which was a bust in my opinion Motek is not a place for a 90 min dining experience it’s a mall restaurant that’s nice It was just my wife and I They offered a free dessert never took off the burger from our bill which by the time I got the so called newer fries we had no desire to eat it and threw it away Very disappointing experience However their pitas are fantastic and the baba and humus was great as well It will be a while before we return

   The waiters are intense here- they come to your table a lot more than other restaurants- which is fine but can feel overwhelming. They are friendly here, the food is alright. I definitely have ate better and cheaper Mediterranean food in the area but this was good for an experience. Definitely instagrammable but otherwise I would skip this in the future. I ordered hummus, salmon tartare, lamb chops, falafel, and a bottle of water which cost $161 with gratuity automatically included
