   Service was very bad and they had plastic tables assembled for additional seating. Food came out all at different times and just generally a poor experience for. Avery high price.

   Reserved through OpenTable but had to fight to get a table. Yes, it was Nvidia GTC conference, but a restaurant should be able to handle a service with all tables occupied. We also had to fight to be able to order and to get our drinks and our bill. 2 steaks medium and one medium rare ordered, but they had no clue which was which. Food itself was okay-ish but not memorable.

   When we arrived, there was no host, so I went to one of the servers. They'd lost our reservation and weren't sure they could seat us as they had large groups coming (in town convention), but I showed them my open table confirmation and after about fifteen minutes, we were seated. Shortly thereafter, a couple of very large groups arrived. We ordered the salmon stuffed with crab. The dish was tasty, but the salmon was clearly overcooked and dry with a hard crust. The crab was the best part. As an appetizer, we got calamari. It was an interesting approach with jalapeños and a moderately hot salsa. Our server, David, was excellent and though quite busy with the crowds, took good care of us. I had the impression that they were understaffed in the dining room and probably the kitchen as well.

   It was insane. There were NO STAFF! After waiting about half an hour for someone to take our order we looked around and the bartender, front of house and wait staff had all disappeared.

   Understaffed. Chicken way under cooked. Pork chop blackened but very cold in middle but not raw?

   The food and ambience is just too bad in this restaurant but the waiter was nice to us.

   20% gratuity automatically added to the bill for a party of two when the food and service was not even worth 10% gratuity. I ordered a starter that was served with my entree. We didn't have the option to order another drink because the waiter didn't come back to us. The wait time for a glass of water, a beverage, the food, and paying for the bill was more than half of the time we sat down. Very disappointing. We will not be returning. To make matters worse, they were preparing for two shows that night, so there were people hustling, taping cords everywhere, coming in and out of the restaurant. It was the worst dinner experience.

   We were part of a party of 8 eating here for lunch on a Saturday shortly after they opened. We were the only table for a long while and by the time we left around 2:30 there was only one other group that was sat. The inside had a DJ doing his best to get the missing crowd going, but his speakers were blown out and crackling. The best part of the restaurant was the wait staff who were pleasant and patient as we took a while to select our dishes. The appetizers we ordered were yummy. The entrees we ordered were good too. We had one food quality issue in that the wrong dish was delivered and the replacement dish was rushed out by the cook... burnt on the outside; under cooked on the inside... and still it took too long. We would have returned the dish without it being burnt because we waited so long we were ready to leave. We spent 2 hours there, so we had plenty of time to enjoy a meal for 8... I think the staff and cook were not focused given we were at most 1 of 2 tables requiring their attention. When we tried to make reservations directly with the restaurant, we noticed their website had been taken over by what looks like a scam website. We ended up reserving through open table. I mention this because when we checked out the restaurant charged us $160 to uncork 2 bottles of wine we brought. We felt that an $80 corkage fee without notice was outrageous and requested they reduce the charge to $50 total. After several long phone calls to the manager via the local staff they relented but only after we threatened to not tip the local staff. We did tip the staff and pay the remaining bill in full. I don't recommend eating here.

   The food was HORRIBLE! The worst meal I have had in years. The egg rolls were hard and greasy, the hot and sour soup was cold and tasted weird, the chicken in the salad was hard and it didn't taste like chicken. We left hungry. I would suggest going to McDonald's or Taco Bell. You will get a much better meal. There was only one waiter so the service was a bit slow, but he was friendly.
