   Excellence in a family/business/any occasion restaurant. This place is not Chi-Chi or snooty … just really good. You are greeted with warmth at the door. At table you are presented with herbed, warm flat bread with a yoghurt based dip … yum. Our Calamari starter was perfectly cooked with a small green salad on the plate and a delicate rémoulade sauce, not hot, not garlicky and not red. As my wife and I are "fishaholics" our main was their charcoal grilled whole sea bass. This was perfectly presented with coloured rice and a salad on the plate. The bass was skillfully prepared with delicate herbs and olive oil which did not fight with the mild taste of the fish. The skin of the fish was perfectly crisped. With all this we had a bottle of their non-vintage Turkish white wine, Kavaklidere Cankaya. The Cankaya is medium bodied with medium acidity; perfectly dry with no edges in the mouth. Mouth texture is like a fully ripe white Bordeaux. The nose and palate is dominated by honeydew melon with a hint of fresh fig. The finish is medium long. Yes … all this from a white wine I've never heard of. The dessert was Baclava, naturally. This was perfectly presented with three large pieces on our plates. We had the Baclava with their authentic Turkish Tea … sugar, yes; milk, no. Topped off with Turkish coffee. All this for 80 pounds for two. As a side bar: I lived in Turkey in the 1970's and I own a fine dining restaurant in America but live in the area now. I have eaten at starred restaurants in France and Italy. I think I know when a restaurant is firing on all cylinders and this one is. Book early as there are limited tables in this little gem of a restaurant. Kudos to Ray the owner. He is a young and enthusiastic businessman and wants you to be pleased. So go to Mosaic Grill and "get pleased."

   Had a great meal in mosaic grill. Staff friendly and attentive, food good, beer good. What more can you say. Great night.

   We booked for Dinner on Sunday evening to celebrate our wedding anniversary, it was quiet in there, which was not surprising as it is early January and Sunday night, this suited us as we don't like places that are too busy, the food was absolutely delicious and service impeccable, I would and already have recommended Mosaic to several friends.

   A fabulous place with amazing food. Easily the best place I've been to in a long time. Each dish had such a great flavour I couldn't wait for the next. The only thing better then the food was the staff. I will be back.

   We visited on Sunday 6th January and enjoyed a lovely evening. The food was most enjoyable the staff were lovely, overall a good experience.

    Mosaic Grill had been recommended and we were not disappointed. Friendly staff, excellent food. Will certainly visit again.
