   對一間餐廳來說，料理好不好吃固然很重要，但對客人來說，進到餐廳用餐，就是一場體驗的開始，而這從來不僅止於餐點本身。 吃東西靠嘴巴，雖然好像只啟動了味覺和嗅覺（大不了再加上觸覺），但在送入口中前，我們已經先用眼睛把餐廳環境和料理掃射一遍，此時耳朵也沒閒著，如果店放的音樂剛好是自己喜歡的，在用餐前就已經把情緒帶到高點。一頓飯匯聚了視、聽、嗅、味、觸五感，要怎麼善用各種感官增強客人的感受，就成了一門值得好好探索的學問。

   非常棒的用餐環境，服務員很用心，食物也很好吃，肉品質良好，不會過於熟，甜點更是一絕，家庭及週年紀念日的首選，值得再訪。

   Fantastic service, excellent cuisine. It is a beautiful restaurant with views across the city at night and this made the evenings meal a wonderful experience. The waiters were attentive knowing exactly when to come to the table and when to give us space. Top notch all round.

   在餐廳廁所跌倒大量出血及腦出血送急診進加護病房，餐廳沒有陪同就醫，事後電話推托與自己無關，餐廳處理方式讓人非常不舒服

   It will be much better if the waiter could have reminded us when we unknowingly ordered extra mashed potato. The mashed potato is good, but just too much.

   印象深刻的是肋眼牛排及龍蝦濃湯，味道及口感非常好，用餐氣氛佳，還能同時欣賞101美景，很值得推薦前往用餐，

   3分熟的紐約客有一半都已經全熟，前菜還沒用完就急著上主菜，服務人員整個很不專業，不太像是牛排餐廳比較像是夜市牛排館，臺北有其他更好的選擇

    扣一顆星是因為結帳的友人告知需要停車折抵（結帳時店員有先詢問），結果到B3繳費發現沒有停車折抵。沒時間回45樓餐廳，只好再走去三樓服務台，覺得蠻無奈。
