   Having dined at Morton's many times over the years we were disappointed for a number of reasons. 1. The waiter/waitress presentation of the menu with a display of offerings appears to be no longer a tradition. That always added to the ambiance and uniquness of the meal. 2. The soufflés were disappointing as well. They are considerably smaller and not of the same quality. 3. Our waitress was not nearly as qualified and adept in her skills as I would have expected from past experiences. She did tell us that she was relatively now as she was unsure if they had Prosecco by the bottle or not and had to check. Not sure she knew what Prosecco was actually. She was also not engaging, not unpleasant but not pleasant and when she served the soufflés, she displaced half of the top of the soufflé onto the plate when preparing to pour the sauce into the soufflé. The appetizers, entrees and sides were very tasty and enjoyable as we expected. Perhaps it was just an off night in some respects for the restaurant. We have had so many good experiences that we will surely go back again and one bad experience is not a pattern but I will say that this time was not our best experience.

   It is always a nice experience when dining at Morton’s. On Easter Sunday, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that the restaurant offered a special. My wife and I each had a salad, 6 ounce filet, lobster take and desert for $79 each. Even with bottled water, wine and coffee the bill was reasonable. The food was prepared as requested. We had a nice evening and highly recommend the restaurant.

   We both had 8oz lobster tail. It was delicious, but undercooked. We love sushi, so we got through it. I'll make sure to request cooked, next time.

   My lobster tail arrived under cooked but the manager immediately took it back to be fixed and returned it quickly correctly done. Sadly no offer of compensation like a few dollars off or a drink or desert was offered. I specifically asked for a table “ not “ in the middle of the room on my reservation but when we were sat that is exactly where they put us. Overall “ ok” but nothing special

   Where to start. We were seated at our table right on time of our reservation. GOOD. Our salads and appetizers were good. GOOD As our entrees were being delivered the food runner served one person and then dropped the other two steaks on the floor. At the same time my sister was splattered with steak juice on her pant. NOT GOOD As Morton’s is very well known for their chocolate lava cake we made sure to ask our server when they brought our appetizers I informed our server that we wanted to order the one lava cake as they ask to order that in advance. So when the lava cake was delivered and cut into all the rich gooey chocolate that oozes out as soon as we cut the cake was non existent. VERY BAD Our server asked the manager George to come over to the table when the steaks were dropped. He offered club soda to help with my sisters pants. She declined. The manager once again came over when he heard about the cake issue and apologized. He then told us they had taken the cake off the bill. The check had already credited us for the cake that was listed on the check for birthday celebration. POOR MANAGEMENT. BAD Needless to say the evening was not a great experience and the manager really did nothing for us. It will be a long, long time before we visit the Morton’s in West Palm Beach if ever again.. A very bad experience at a high end steakhouse we have patronized for years for most family events and business meals, as well as being just one of our favorite steakhouses

   I wish Morton’s would enact a dress code. Dining next to people in T-shirts and wearing hats backwards does not create a fine dining environment. Our service was awful. We waited almost an hour for them to find our bottle of wine. Meanwhile, our glasses were empty and we were thirsty

   we had an exceptional server. She was very attentive to our requests and very pleasant. Would highly recommend this restaurant. Food presentation was excellent and very delicious!

    Charlie Dan and the team did an amazing job. It was packed with boar show guests but not a single detail was missed. Ayla our server was very knowledgeable. She was there when we needed anything The free parking also a plus at a downtown eatery.
