   Puzzling: Morton is a steakhouse with excellent food. However, what we made us for long time faithful repeating customers is the Soufflé. Wherever we lived, we drove to the nearest location with great anticipation of that wonderful Soufflé. Well, what do you know, they stopped making it but they have this terrible Bread Pudding. Puzzled why restaurants take their what makes them different and unique off their menu. Anyhow, food was great (not the dessert), service is okay, ambiance is great. Go but do not expect to be thrilled. i

   Horrible service for a Morton’s! So dissatisfied for my daughter’s 16th birthday dinner. We always go in AC and perfect, Orlando needs to get wait staff that know how to serve. 45 min wait for our drink order, and missed half our meal order. What steak house doesn’t ask how you want your steak? Avoid this place if you can.

   The waiter was good. There was no wait time. However, the soup was lukewarm and the crab cakes had no seasoning. The string beans were overcooked and too much sauce.

   The food was great. The atmosphere changed comforting and easy to have a conversation. The service staff were there when needed but not hovering or vacant

   Morton’s is a great place to celebrate special occasions. The food and service is always excellent. My only complaint is the location of this restaurant. Being in a tourist district makes getting to it rather challenging and it would be nice if Morton’s could have another location in the non tourist part of Central Florida. Otherwise it is a great experience for all. Food is always cooked to perfection and the crème brûlée is outstanding.

   Steal was excellent with au pouiver sauce. Key Lime pie dessert was excellent. Great service.

   My wife’s steak and lobster was a disaster. The miniature lobster was extremely salty and had to be replaced. She ordered her steak Medium and it was cooked well done (also sent back). Instead of a delicious dinner she ended up with a free dessert.
