   I love Morton's- I took my friend to celebrate his birthday because he wanted lobster and lobster mac and cheese. Customer service was excellent as always.

   The onion bread not hot, butter didn’t melt. Replaced twice. Potatoes were warm, again butter couldn’t melt. Service wonderful however the waiter dropped my fork and put it back on the plate where my food was I was taken home. He was great and polite up till that point. Had much better service there as I frequent that restaurant.

   My experience here was just “ok”. It took a while to get a drink menu and food menu. Once the orders were placed, our food came out before the appetizer. The restaurant did end up giving this to us on the house. Food was good overall, just little mixups/misunderstandings that were off putting with the service. I may give this location a try again in the future to see if I have a different experience.

   This was a birthday celebration for my nephew and his wife and the dinner was superb! They were also surprised with a complimentary birthday dessert! Our waiter, Daniel, provided excellent service and attention. Morton’s gave us a winning evening!

   Our steaks were cooked perfectly, just as we ordered. Our server, Tarik, took very good care of us. He was very pleasant and attentive. I also appreciated the manager's patience in handling all our gift cards and whatnot!

   The filet was cooked perfectly and the macaroni and cheese lobster was impeccable! The booth allows you to have a quiet conversation and it was very comfortable. The service was also great and follow up service by the staff and management was a nice touch.

   Unfortunately, the service has gone extremely downhill.  People were kind, but it’s not what you would expect from a moderately upscale steakhouse. It took nearly 30 minutes for the cocktails to arrive. Additionally, we were there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and we ordered the traditional molten chocolate cake. Either they forgot to put it in or they delivered it to another table - regardless way we had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the dessert to arrive.
