   Everything was amazing! The service was so intentional, the food was delicious and the servers were attentive. I would definitely recommend Monarch.

   My husband ordered the wood oven chicken, which was absolutely delicious. Tender all the way through. I ordered the short rib Bolognese, which was very disappointed. It had pork as the primary meat instead of beef. The restaurant took the entrée off the bill and offered a complimentary dessert. I was overall disappointed with the meal.

   Spent my girlfriend’s birthday celebrating with one of the best meals, ambience, and service. This was a memorable experience we will never forget from the quality of ingredients, flavors, and taste that Chef Jason provided were out this world along with the experience and service of the restaurant was more than anything g we could ask for! Highly recommend and suggest for anyone looking for unique and memorable dining experience!

   Celebrated my husband's birthday here on Saturday night 3/22/25. Ambiance was beautiful, service was excellent and food was very good (the Wagyu beef carpaccio was my favorite!) We truly enjoyed the evening and will be back soon.
