   Everything was great! My friend from Texas really loved the crab and lobster.

   Very poor buffet. Food was old and dry. Also they did not have enough staff to take care of the customers waiting for food. For $42.99 I would expect a buffet to be much much better! Side note, even though it's an all you can eat buffet. You can only have 1 lobster tail and 1/2lbs of crab..... Kinda backwards from what an "All you can eat" buffet is... We will never go back to this buffet and more than likely not return to this hotel/casino. Beware and don't waste your money.

   Our first experience at bad service was when we entered the casino and were asked if we had reservations. While I expect this during covid, the reaction we received when I said yes was very rude and accusatory. When I stated that we had reservations with the Buffet, I was told they do not take reservations. I insisted that we did indeed have one and proved it with our email confirmation. If I had not saved the email for my own reminder, We would not have been allowed to enter for our reservation. Without an apology, we were told we could enter even though he was not told about the reservations. We then entered the buffet and were almost put on the waiting list until I confirmed once again that we had a reservation. Once we were finally seated, we didn't see our server for a while and could not order drinks or the crab/lobster. As we went to the buffet, we first stopped at the Asian food for rice, kung po shrimp and wantons. The rice was sticky and hard, the kung po shrimp was poorly seasoned and cold. The wantons were good though. My husband sampled the prime rib which he said was cold and dry. The lobster was chewy and cold. We were very disappointed in the management of diners and servers as they were rude and yelling at each other over the crowd. We were very disappointed in the experience and will not be returning.

   We Had reservation at 8pm for our anniversar. Have to wait for 30 minutes to get in, those people who were on waitlist got in first, reservation is really useless!!!! They should prioritize people who has reservations because its frustrating to stand in line waiting to get in. Food is okay. They dont have the unlimited crab legs, its not worth it.

   Disappointed they did not have crab legs. Desserts were very limited.

   Brunch was definitely not worth the price which apparently is elevated because of the cold crab and lobster tails.

   The buffet is way over priced. The lobster and crab legs were cold as was the butter and a very small portion.

   Our server didn’t come by often so we went without drink refills and silverware. We made a reservation and once checked in we still had to wait another 30 minutes before getting seated. The food was hot and fresh the customer service needs improvement.

    I was charged incorrectly for 8 meals when I was only there with 4 guests 2 kids and 2 adults. My issues was not resolved. Food was dry, and seafood had bad taste.
