I was really excited to get a birthday brunch here but they didn’t acknowledge my birthday, didn’t seat us outside even though we had reservations months in advance, the hostess and the server had poor customer service, overall we were really disappointed and will not be returning.

Mon Ami Gabi is , in my opinion, one of the best restaurants in Las Vegas—for its food, its class, its staff, and usually its ambience and atmosphere. The food is always prepared perfectly and of the utmost quality. However, a street “entertainer (?)” was so LOUD that you could not here yourself think. I voiced my concern and irritation and the staff told me that there was nothing legally they could do to stop him. They went to the police, the town council, and the mayor and nothing could be done without violating his rights. IT IS A REAL SHAME!!!! However, my server for the evening was Amber and she was spectacular!!!! Her service and personality ALMOST made up for the ignorance of the loud intrusive street person. Amber was attentive, knowledgeable, and caring to the needs and comfort of her patrons. All staff at this restaurant is usually very good and upscale but Amber was EXCEPTIONAL!!! On my next visit, I will definitely ask for her to be my server.

The food choices were more limited than I expected. The waitress was very nice but unfortunately forgot to bring us several things we had to remind her about. We loved being in front of the Bellagio fountains outside on the patio but unfortunately the sidewalk performers were so loud and obnoxious it kind of ruined things.

The trout was very good. But the skate was just ok. Most disappointing were the fries, mushy and greasy. The restaurant was nice and service was very good.

Our server was horrible. Rude and did not check back on refills or anything. Had someone refill our water glasses, spilled water everywhere and didn’t bring anything back to wipe up the mess. We have been in the past and had a good experience. Will not be back!

Let me start by saying that I like the restaurant and the food is very good and I understand that there will be a wait for an outdoor table even with a reservation. HOWEVER, this restaurant CONTINUALLY tries to seat you in the worst tables, despite the fact that others are open and if they are not, they never ask you if you want to wait. In addition, this last visit I did not receive my drink until after my meal and the food came out within 5 minutes, so it was a rushed experience. I also noted that it was my birthday and it was never acknowledged, so why ask? I am a long time repeat customer and expected better from a dining experience. Unfortunately, I doubt I will be returning.

Food, service and atmosphere is always spectacular! When in Vegas we have breakfast here every morning! Wish the Chicago area restaurants had this wonderful breakfast.

We had breakfast reservations for 8:30 and got seated about 8:45. We chose to sit outside since the weather was very nice. We ordered the corned beef hash and the bananas Foster crepes to share. Both were excellent, our waiter was really good and we thought the price was good considering the total experience. Will definitely return.
