Die Wurzeln meiner Familie im Süden Apuliens, verschiedene Einflüsse aus ganz Italien und die Kombination mit regionalen Zutaten bestimmen meine Kreationen – das ist meine Art.

Auf hohe Qualität achte ich dabei nicht nur in Hinsicht auf saisonale, frische Produkte, sondern auch bei der Auswahl unserer Weine. So werden wir unter anderem direkt von kleinen Weingütern aus meiner Heimat beliefert, und beraten Sie gern bei der Auswahl der passenden Menübegleitung.

Einfach immer wieder schön da zu sein . Essen schmeckt einfach überragend, Service ist bombastisch, einfach ein super tolles Ambiente . Wir wir fühlen uns pudelwohl. Freuennuns schon auf das nächste Mal .😊

Wir hatten mal wieder einen herausragenden Abend bei Maurizio und seinem Team. Es ist immer wieder ein Genuss seine neuen Kreationen auf der Saisonkarte zu essen und dazu sensationell guten Wein zu genießen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Abend, wir kommen gerne wieder 🙂🍷

Come here once a quarter during my family visit and always get their fantastic four course menu with wine pairing. Food, wine, service and atmosphere are great.

Auf Empfehlung von Freunden habe ich das Restaurant ausprobiert. Da mein Essen schon eher Pastalastig war, wollte ich erst gar nicht hin, aber die Gerichte dort waren einfach lecker- auch ohne Pasta. Und der Wein (rot, Armentino) einfach grandios. Ich komme nochmal!
