    We had a wonderful experience. The live Jazz was lovely, they were able to accommodate my gluten free needs and Buddy, our server, was amazing … knowledgeable and professional.

    Beau restaurant personnel super, bonne ambiance (la seule chose mes moules n’étaient pas super bonnes) mais tres beau restaurant et très bien situé dans le vieux Montréal

    It was a pleasant experience. It was a bit noisy due to the nice blues band playing. Service was good. Lamb Cops were good, they were more medium done than medium rare. My spouse had linguine with seafood. Best part of it was the scallops. My spouse loved them, he usually does not like them . Linguine was homemade . The sauce was decent, but we had better. Bread was hot and fresh.

    If you’re after a great dinner out with your partner this is the place. Intimate, with an incredible ambiance, Modavie is a jazz musicians haven! The band was awesome; just a 3-piece but with swing and pizazz! The food (we both had the rack of lamb) was done to perfection. The service (big thanks to Christian!) was top rating. The wine list was extensive with something for all tastes and budgets. Thanks Modavie for a night to remember in Montreal!

    We return every year when in Montreal. This is the second time we had George as our server, was great to see him again. Food exceptional as always. Can’t wait for next year!
