   We have been going to MK Valencia since they opened. The service and the food are consistently good. Don't miss the creme brulee.

   It was a cold Saturday afternoon after we were frozen looking at granite at the yard in town. This was a perfect little gem in this cozy town of Ridgefield Park to get some libations and delicious food. Thanks for Open Table to assist we saw this spot on Main Street at the heart of this community. My fiancee and I almost felt transported back from a recent vacation to our Hotel Atmospheres in Paris when we walked into the dining area. It was very chic and boutique! Ooh la la! Just the way we like. As we were immediately greeted and seated by our lovely hostess, we took in the ambience. Wow! This is the coolest place with their modern decore and lighting. The bar was quite inviting for any time of day. Couldn't really tell from the outside how Cafe Delmar this place was. There was another couple dining and some guests at the bar. The staff was prepping for dinner guests during that time. However, they were quite subtle and unnoticeable. We were able to chat without any distractions. We did check out the bar menu as well as the dining menu. The staff was very flexible with our order off of the bar menu that was not necessarily available on the dining. After some drinks we ordered the bulgogi appetizer, beef sliders and parmesan fries. The food came quickly and hit the spot. The wonderful staff made the experience so enjoyable. They were friendly, attentive and accomodating. The service was on point with some jokes and friendly banter as well. Kudos to the hostess, bartender, waitress. We quite enjoyed ourselves that chilled out afternoon. Dessert was also exquisite with the best tiramisu ever! Some cappucino just topped off the whole meal. I would definitely come back to this location again for dinner with a group of friend for an occasion or even with my sweet heart for another delightful brunch. Looking forward to trying this place in the summer. This place looks like it could be the most happening lounge like spot short of a dance floor. That's a pearl right there!

   This was our first time at MK Valencia and we were very satisfied with our choice. The food was delicious and the service was very good. The atmosphere could be a little cozier... We definitely go back and tell our friends to try it. It worked out great for us since we were going to the movies after dinner and this was so convenient to the movie theater. Not many good restaurants in the area of the movie theater. A wonderful night out!!

   I had to change the venue for my wife's birthday three days before our dinner. MK Valencia's manager Monica was very accommodating to us and our guests. We all arrived at separate times throughout the first half hour and we truly felt at home. Service and food was excellent as always. Thank you for making our night memorable and saving my bacon!

   We loved the relaxed fell of this place..great decor and color scheme. The zucchini chips were a great appetizer. The servers was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Good prices and delicious food. We would come back and bring friends.

   Waiter was attentive but it took 40 mins (!) for an omelette and eggs benedict. Unacceptable.

   This neighborhood place was a great find originally. When I went with friends on a Tuesday night I was not as happy. The main course I had (salmon) was still delicious but the soup was very watery and he zucchini chips (usually delicious) were overly salty. The early bird is a good deal but the menu never changes and so it gets boring after awhile.

   Went for early dinner special. Was not offered this menu and had to ask for it. Chicken Piccata was very good but Talapia was not. Very overdone and dry with a ton of salt. Even difficult to cut with a knife. Stick to the chicken.

   It was surprising to find this special place in a small town in NJ. One would expect to find it in NY City. It is tastefully designed, the food is outstanding with abundant portions and the service was great. The NY steak I ordered was better than the steak I have had in expensive steak houses - flavorful, tender and no waste. I am delighted to have found this gem near my home!

    .....overall the food was very good, however if you are to look at what they charge for eating here....it really isn't worth it. One of the specials for the night was Surf and Turf. The description was great, so we ordered one. When getting the check, it was $50....$50! I'm sorry, but this is not a 5 start restaurant nor a steak house, they have no business charging $50 for this dish, especially when it was not told to us. In addition, another person in our party order a salad with no meat, and when arrived the meat was left on the plate. Plus, the other special was Branzino, and they charged $35....also too high! So for 3 people, one drink eat and no dessert, the check was $220! Wow, for a New Jersey Restaurant! Never again!
