   I went to Miyabi at the Southcenter location for my birthday this year. My boyfriend and I absolutely love sushi so we were happy to be able to sit at the sushi bar and watch the chefs prepare everything. We ordered the seaweed salad and oysters on the half shell to start, as well as $65 sushi and another $65 sashimi platter to share. It was a lot of food but it was so delicious! The cuts of fish were so thick and everything was just prepared to perfection. Yes, it was a lot of food, but like I said we LOVE sushi. We were also in a bit of a hurry because we wanted to catch an 8:30 movie at the mall right after. We arrived at 7:15, were seated by 7:25 (we also had a reservation), and we ordered, ate, and left by 8pm. It was a quick and hefty dinner, but the staff seemed to appreciate the in and out mentality we had because the restaurant was PACKED. If you order as much as we did your meal will cost a bit of money, but this is legitimately the best sushi place I have been to and I cannot believe it is in Tukwila. What a gem for that area! I just made another reservation to go tonight and can hardly wait!
