   the food was good but expensive and ultimately the whole experience was over shadowed by the bartender telling me i was rude for asking if there was a host or hostess we should wait for after we stood at the front door for 5 minutes without having anyone approach us. Instead of seeing us waiting there and telling us someone would help us momentarily, he just watched us wait there perplexed. Then when we politely asked him if someone would be helping us (considering the host stand ipad was dark and no one was around) he very rudely responded. for a high end restaurant it was really disappointing to be treated this way.

   We were really looking forward to this given the reviews, etc. The food was just OK, nothing special or even creative except strangely enough the desserts.. Some of the prices are ridiculous like the tiny bowl of hot and sour soup for $18, etc.. I can't believe people raved about the steak fried rice. It was fried rice with some cut up steak nothing that tasted special? It's a nice restaurant, the server was very nice but one of the many new San Francisco restaurants where you feel ripped off .

   Took some out of town business guests to Mister Jiu's and they couldn't have been more impressed by the food, ambiance and service. Loved the atmosphere of the restaurant and dinner highlights included: dutch crunch bbq pork buns, wontons, and sizzled cod. Cocktails were well crafted also and wine we ordered paired well with our dishes. Would definitely go back to try other dishes.

   Well deserved Michelin star. Creative plates, fantastic service, and excellent atmosphere. Mister Jui's is worthy of an out of your way trip.

   Absolutely wonderful experience! Visiting San Fran for husbands 50th. Service and food exceeded expectations. Our waiter (from Nashville) made our evening special even giving us recommendation for places to visit while in town, and our sommelier was extremely knowledgeable and interesting. We had best seat in the house. Thank you. I hope we can come back soon.

   Food and drinks were delicious and service was good. Unfortunately, the dining room sound level is far too loud, making conversation very difficult. I would recommend this restaurant for the food but not for the ambiance. It's surprising that a restaurant that puts so much care into their menu wouldn't also consider the comfort of their patrons.

   I was very much looking forward to dining here. I found the service friendly and accommodating, but it was so loud as the evening progressed my friend and I had to shout at each other across the table, just 3 - 4 feet from one another. Food was tasty but not memorable, and the portions were so small compared to the prices, I can't imagine going back. $200 for two people should provide a better experience. Even the restaurant decor left something to be desired. Hate giving lukewarm or negative reviews, and I hope they'll improve over time.

   Was very excited to try this restaurant but found the food bland and probably wouldn't go back for dinner. The bar had a cool vibe though, but wouldn't be going back for the food.
