   Excellent meal. Jeremiah turned our evening right side up by accommodating us even though there was no "Easter pre-set dinner menu". We had wonderful service and a delicious meal! The main courses of Halibut and veal chop were excellent! Can't wait to return to enjoy our favorites. And, the cheesecake and panna-cotta were mouth-watering. Thank you!

   We’ve been looking for that special place to go for date nights, holidays, and special occasions in Dallas. We found just that at Mr Charles. The culinary depth in each dish, friendly and impeccable service, and elegant ambiance was exquisite! We’ll be back and appreciate the care in so many details Mr .Charles staff invested n our experience.

   The service here is phenomenal, THE best! We are consistently treated so well here, the staff really go above and beyond to turn every evening with them into a special occasion. The food is worth every penny, the atmosphere is beautiful. This is my husband & I's absolute favorite restaurant. We've been several times & will certainly be back several more! ❤️

   Diego was simply marvelous. Easy to communicate with, laid back (not intrusive at all). He made the evening for us.

   Had a delightful dinner which was filled with great recommendations from the waiter. Also I was running late and they accommodated my reservation for my tardiness. Memorable experience.

    Worst service of any Duro restaurant. I've never cringed while leaving a tip at any restaurant until last night. Also nothing on the menu was outstanding enough to make me want to come back. The restaurant is pretty, but I'd rather have good food and good service.
