   we came to mint expecting amazing food and what we received was sub par(very overcooked duck and lack lustre everything else) service and ambiance were delightful. it was very busy so could have been an off night. will consider trying it again on a quieter night.

   We are thrilled that Mint now offers brunch! Everything was just wonderful. We also enjoyed the live music.

   Food was very good. Though portion sizes were too small for the price. Felt a bit rushed by the service with constant interruptions.

   Almost a really good restaurant: the only issues were a tendency to overdress, over-sauce, or over-cook. For example, we got a dozen beautiful oysters with a really tasty topping, billed as ceviche style, but the oysters were buried in it. My wife got scallops, and the sauce was really delicious but there was too much of it and her scallops (and my salmon) were a touch overcooked. The dessert was excellent, service was great, pretty good small wine and drink list, and they've beautiful impressionist paintings throughout the restaurant. So, it was enjoyable and I recommend Mint. I think just some refinements are needed.

   Food was pretty bland…..I had rigatoni with bolognese sauce.

   These folks want to be fine dining and the ambiance is nice but the food immediately reminds you that you are in small town nowhere. It's confused, over seasoned, trying to hard and just...bad. I've paid less in NYC for better. This was awful.

   WOW! DELICIOUS, impeccable quality flavors! Artfully presented! Creative & beautiful spaces! The chef came out to see us on the porch! We appreciated eating outside because of rising Covid #s. Can't wait to go again!

   This was my first, but not last, visit to Mint. I was pleased it was open on a Sunday evening in Glens Falls, as there are not too many options then. The ambiance was fun, albeit a small room. The server was excellent as was the food. Will be back again!

   We liked the ambiance a lot however we felt the price was too high for the quality. Also none of our plates came at the same time. Some of us had our food and had to wait for the rest of the table to get theirs. The person who got the brisket sliders said they were dried out
