   Open table should be ashamed of themselves. I booked a restaurant for this reservation and it was confirmed by OpenTable. When I got to the restaurant it was clearly closed down for quite some time one of the neighbors came out on the sidewalk and saw me looking at it and said it had been closed for months. How come open table doesn’t keep track of its restaurants. Then came the nightmare of trying to reach OpenTable Customer service. It’s basically impossible. When you call on the phone they tell you to go to a chat online and the phone hangs up on you. When you go to the chat you get told you’re in a waiting queue of somewhere between 15 and 25 people and you can spend 34 hours waiting And never get to chat with anyone. Well I’m annoyed that the restaurant was shut down I’m more annoyed that OpenTable sent me on a wild goose chase and doesn’t seem to want to hear for me as a customer.

   The restaurant was literally closed which we didn’t know until we got there so I wish I got a warning another that otherwise I’m sure it would have been great

   I think it’s hard doing a review in these times, as some restaurants are not working up to their usual. Service wasn’t great but the food was good. Especially the calamari. Should have had 2 for the table! Pastas looked good. I ordered a pizza that seemed like it was missing ingredients. Crust was good. Overall we enjoyed and would go back.

   Food was decent. Classic Italian meatballs and mixed seafood platter. Decent for a neighborhood place. Best thing was the bread on the table which tasted like crispy ny pizza crust, so I will definitely try their pizza which might be the best thing there.

   Been to this restaurant several times. Tonight was a disappointment. The service was spotty (leaving dirty plates too long on the table) and the food barely mediocre. The Caesar salad was wilted. The main pasta dish cold. The pizza doughy. I hope that this was an aberration. In this case, it will be a good long while until I return.
