Located on the outskirts of Toronto’s vibrant Yorkville neighbourhood, the MIMI story begins with memories of the past. Loud conversation over plates of steaming noodles.     Mimi’s was amazing !! We were a party of 5 and ordered 8 dishes plus dessert. The portions were perfect for sharing and everything was delicious. Cocktails were amazing, Order the Panda ! Will be back for sure !

    It wasn’t good, it was great. Our server was excellent times 10. I described to her my preference in wine and she nailed it. That aside her service wasn’t bronze, silver, gold, it was platinum!

    Really delicious and great service, but the price is on the higher end. Belt noodles, hidden chicken and stuffed chicken thighs were delicious. Skip the egg waffle, it was drowned in sauce.

    Everything about Mimi Chinese is A+. The food, the service, the vibes! It just never disappoints. Had such a fun evening here again. Can’t wait to return!

    Service was great but the food was exquisite. This is one of the best places to eat in the city. Maybe even Canada?! The staff was very sweet and even treated us to the General Tao Chicken for free as an anniversary treat. No complaints at all and we will definitely be back. Thanks for a memorable anniversary MiMis! 🙏

    We really liked the decor. Service wasn’t bad but could use some tweaking and improvements. Food gets a three out of five stars. We live in an area with not great Chinese options and had very high hopes. Everything was good and tasty but left us a bit underwhelmed.

    The restaurant was clean and nicely maintained. Although the restaurant was half empty were put into a back corner cluster of seated tables where it was very loud. It was for my wife’s birthday and we could barely speak to each other over the banter of a table full of men clearly celebrating something. I asked to move but they said the didn’t have servers for the empty areas… The food was pretty good a little spicy for my liking and some very odd herbs in some dishes that left my mouth feeling tingly and numb which was interesting. All in all cool spot to try once I would never go back.

    I recommend going heavier on the appetizers than the mains - the waiter advised us well, 2 mains for 3 people. Also, the appetizers were more interesting. I appreciated one waiter in particular who brought out one dish and explained knowledgeably what we were having.
