   MILO IS A GREAT RESTAURANT IN A GREAT HOTEL. THE FOOD WAS EXCEPTIONAL, BOTH AT DINNER & BREAKFAST, THE DRINKS AT DINNER EXCELLENT & THE SERVICE WAS FABULOUS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOTH THE HOTEL AND THE RESTAURANT!!

   The service was terrible. The server took our order, came back 10 minutes later and asked if anyone had helped us yet. I thought he was joking because he was just helped us. He wasn’t joking and didn’t remember taking our order, that was just the start of one of the worst experiences.

   Food was very good. Service was not good. I think the waitress was new or working too many tables.

   They were very understaffed for Valentine’s Day. Waitress forgot about our table multiple times and did a terrible job providing a vegan option.

   We had a reservation for 8:45pm but we didn't get seated until 9:15. Not a big deal. Once seated, it took 15 minutes for a server to finally come to our table, only for them to bring entrees that we had not even ordered. They had a closed menu for Valentine's day, with a few options to choose from. Unfortunately, there were no choices because they run out of everything. The food looked good but we did not get to try it, we left because we were fearful of how long it was going to take, and we didn't want to pay $65/person when we couldn't even get to choose our food. We are disappointed because they ruined our Valentine's date.

   I am sure this place is fine whenever it's a random time, but my partner and I ate here on Valentine's Day, and I would not recommend it to anyone. They overbooked the restaurant, which made it feel very rushed. At one point, I had a staff member waiting for me to finish my salad so she could put the main course down on the table. They gave options but then would come back to say "Oh we ran out" which was very frustrating. The food tasted good, but for everything included, I would say there are better options for dinner than here.

   This was an absolutely horrible experience. Good was mediocre at best. Service was horrible. They ran out of multiple items on the pre-fixe menu.  Instead of the wait staff being apologetic they were sarcastic about it. Tried Milo once after opening and wasn’t impressed, thought we would give it another try but definitely won’t be back.

    We were there for their special Valentine’s Day menu, which, for the most part was excellent. I had the filet, which was perfectly cooked and truly excellent. My wife had the pork chop, which was a bit dry & tough. The rest of the meal was excellent, and the service was great! We would definitely recommend!!
