   The food was good but the service was very slow. It took 2 hours to get our appetizer (fried pork rinds) and another hour for our main meal (burgers). The chef said he had two people call out for the kitchen and them at was why it was slow but the restaurant had one group and us. The real issue was that our waiter never checked on us but once every hour. They did not offer to comp anything nor did they offer us anything to tide us over until our app and meals were ready. They told us they had been opened for 3 months. I would maybe revisit in 6 months hopping that they have better training for their wait staff.

   I am so glad to have finally found a good restaurant in Millenia. Everything we ordered was delicious and the service was professional and friendly taboot. You can tell they really care about the food they serve. Their menu changes based on what is seasonally available locally, keeping their ingredients fresh. All the 7 dishes I tried were great but I highly recommend the chicken entree and pork rinds. Amazing. I definitely will return.

   Unfortunately we went there and they just changed menus, and didn't have food to offer except simple stuff like salads. We had to stand up an leave as they could not offer the food from the online menu. No other customers were at the restaurant when we arrived/left.

   Fantastic meal and a great value. We'll absolutely be back. The fish was a highlight (that night it was Sheepshead). A great addition to the area -- I just wish it was closer to where we live.

   Mediocre at best and chef was rude. Had the love flatbread and it was absolutely charred. Milk stout was enjoyable though. Waiter didnt even know what Speck was...

   The rib eye steak was greatly overcooked. Also, the last time I was there, the thing was served Brazilian steakhouse-style. This time, I had to order the meal ala carte off of the menu. For 30 plus dollars for a rib-eye steak, it should have been great. Instead, it was greatly overcooked. My guest and I ate it, reluctantly. We ordered another steak, asking that they make sure it wasn't overcooked and medium as requested. Once again, it was overcooked. It was very disappointing.

   It was interesting that lunch is pay by the pound. This was advantageous as I didn't feel I had to gorge myself to get my money's worth. For a generous size of each piece of meat available as well as a small fraction of the plate being non-meat, it was about a pound ($10.95). The meat was all fresh, which I found surprising for the lack of people that were there on an early Friday meal. They also offered to cook the medium/medium rare piece more if we wanted. If I worked around the area, I would definitely consider coming in to take a To Go. This was definitely a value for the price, and very good in general.
