   This restaurant doesn’t look like anything special from the outside, but it is like an oyster hiding a pearl. The waitress was wonderful and the food was too. Southern cooking in a warm atmosphere.

   The quality of the food was lacking and not comparable to the price we paid. The steak in particular was not prepared well but was expensive. The service was not great, even though there were only three customers in the restaurant, including our party of four. In addition, several beverages and food items on the menu were not available. We were quite disappointed with this, our first experience of a highly rated restaurant.

   Not great, food was underwhelming and not very well prepared. Kale salad was full of woody stems and lacked any real flavor. Appetizer was very small and we lacked utensils. Two of three entrees were delivered a full 10 minutes before the third. Seemed to be understaffed which is a problem these days I know but slow service did not help with the overall experience.

   Fried chicken was cooked well but not seasoned. Service was quite poor. We were left with empty water and coffee for duration of our meal with no waitress in sight. And it was early so not busy at all.

   We are visiting from out of town, returning to where I grew up. The food was OUTSTANDING and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend Milk & Honey.

   We have eaten at several Milk and Honey locations and the food is always fantastic and the service is quick. Additionally, the staff are always engaging, friendly and fun to interact with. I highly recommend them!

    Food was amazing and the service was great! We enjoyed the seafood gumbo, shrimp and grits and shrimp bowl. Every meal was fresh and delicious!
