   I’ve always had really good lunch/dinners at Milestones. The service has also been above board.

   Service was good but food was not. Ordered filet mignon cooked medium. It arrived cooked rare. After being sent back, it returned well done and chewy. Vegetables were barely cooked, almost raw. The filet appeared to be smaller than 7 oz. Too many mashed potatoes. No bernaise sauce. I included the fact that it was a wedding anniversary in the reservation but no mention was made about it. That's fine but why ask if you're not going to acknowledge the fact. Won't be back.

   What was supposed to be a 18th birthday brunch for my granddaughter, the service was terrible. We were left waiting, first for the service to begin and it didn’t get better throughout. Totally unacceptable.

   The food was good. The service was very slow, however. The entire restaurant was clearly understaffed, and our servers section was too big for her to keep up with. Management should consider having more servers on staff because our server wasn’t bad, she was just clearly overwhelmed with tables, and was literally running around the restaurant to try and provide decent service to everyone she was looking after. She was very sweet, though.

   Our waiter was so kind.. brought my sister a whole new order of appetizer when hers was too spicy.

   I still think milestones is a great restaurant. Love the ambience, the menu and the service.

   All around good dining experience. The dip with fresh chips was perfect. Chicken wings are big, and can come with a tasty parmesan and pepper coating. Would return. Actually we have. Several times now.

   Poor service - barely saw our server after placing our initial order despite the restaurant being quiet broken door into the men's washroom clogged sink in men's washroom Food was lack luster, portion was small and sauce was watery

    Service was good and we were not rushed as our 2 guests were late. Choice and quality of food ver good.
