   Food was good but you feel like you are in Wendy’s! No beer or wine in stock! One waiter! No breadsticks or salad with entree! A $7.99 bottle of wine they charged $31.00??Woodbridge wine! We will not be back!

   Read some negative reviews about service but we didn’t have any problems! Service very attentive & friendly. Cute place-not the easiest to get to tho! We had pizza & pasta Milantoni. Pizza was good,but needed more flavor-didn’t have a lot of sauce on it. I was surprised when the chicken on the pasta Milantoni was breaded. It said sautéed on the menu so wasn’t expecting the breading. Alfredo sauce was good but not great. This dish would have been much better if chicken wasn’t breaded & just sautéed with Italian seasoning. We didn’t have dessert

   My husband and I loved it! He had the chicken and veggies and I had the Manicotti with spaghetti. We also had the bruschetta. The bread the serve with their meals is also GREAT! I can’t wait to go back!

   Tuesday night, 5 people with reservations, 6:30 p.m. table was not ready. The food is always terrific. This visit the service was slow and a little unorganized. For example, the waitress brought out the bread for the table. However we had to ask for plates. Also charged us for a pitcher of sangria when we had one glass. Will return because the food is great and hope service is better next time.

   We made a reservation for 7pm. When we arrived another party had been waiting an hour for their “reserved” time. We waited with another party for about 20 minutes in the “hostess area” and were completely ignored by the staff. When we saw another table that had already been seated stand up and walk out due to lack of service we followed them out the door and went to Old Chicago.

   The food was delicious, however the service was something to be desired. There were only 4 people on the floor on a Sunday evening. I do realize that due to a storm and the restaurants down the street being without power people went to Milantoni's however, that is no excuse for my party not to even be recognized for 1/2 hour! We had a 7:00 pm reservation, got there on time and not even a hello from anyone. The set up for the hostess and greeting is horrible, there should be a desk where you can check in with someone, we thought we weren't getting acknowledged because we weren't in the right spot. While we were waiting, there was a large party waiting, we watched as there were 3 tables that stayed empty for the 1/2 hour we waited, people could have at least been seated! When a few tables got free, they bussed those tables, while smaller parties were still waiting and set up the table for the large party! Not sure if there was a manager there or not, if there was...they need some training. I'm sure you lost sales by not seating the smaller parties while they were waiting to get enough tables to set up for the large party. Several small partied could have been in and out by the time we got seated. My party and I discussed the situation (one of them has worked at a very well known Steak house here in Louisville) and we will give you all another try because we loved the food. We all believe you need a nicer place with a better atmosphere, we are hoping you are just testing the Louisville waters before you go to a bigger, nicer place. We haven't been to the Bardstown location yet, but from the website it looks MUCH nicer.

    I wish I lived in Louisville just so I could come to this restaurant more often! It was near a conference I was attending, and I always like trying out local businesses that I can't get at home, and Milantoni didn't disappoint in the least. I'll be dreaming of this food for weeks. (Ordered Italian cheese bread and stuffed manicotti on top of spaghetti, subbed red sauce for alfredo sauce.)
