   Went for their soft opening as a party of 2 with reservations and a lot of excitement. There are definitely some kinks to work out but overall the experience was good. It took over 10 minutes after being seated for any staff member to check on us or provide any water. That was the only service-related issue we encountered as after that, service was great. Food-wise, we got the karaage, takoyaki, crab temaki, spicy salmon temaki, spicy tonkotsu ramen and live lobster ramen. The appetizers were good, hot, and came out fast. The crab hand roll was tasty while the spicy salmon was subpar. The spicy tonkotsu ramen was a bit too spicy for my wife, however, the main issues with the bowl were that the soup was lukewarm (a cardinal sin) and pork chashu was extremely dry. I enjoyed the live lobster ramen. It had good flavor and nice noodles that are made in-house. The lobster was fresh. The soup could’ve been hotter as well but wasn’t as tepid as my wife’s tonkotsu. The restaurant space was well-appointed and we liked the decor. It was loud, both with music blaring and the large soft-opening crowd during dinner. In summary, the food was decent but not amazing and there are things for the restaurant to work on. Definitely a positive addition to the area but the search for great ramen in the Denver metro continues…
