   We have never been disappointed with Kirby's. Their steaks have always been spot on perfect, whereas most places are hit or miss. service is always great. Love sourdough bread. More choices that i prefer over all the others.

   Normally, we LOVE Kirby's in WinStar. On Friday, April 18, 2025, it was NOT one of them. Our waiter was nice but seemed like he really did not want to be there. We ordered our Filet Medium Rare and it came out RARE! The Filet was also very salty. Our Crab Cake was dry and I tried to flag down our waiter to request more sauce. However, he was not around and I just sat there looking at it as it get cold. Finally a manager walked by and I flagged him down and requested some sauce. He was very pleasant and brought some out. Thank goodness the sauce was warm, as that made the Crab Cake a little warm instead of cold. We also had a hard time getting refills on our drinks. We will be back as this is the first time we did not have a great dinner but we will make sure we do not get him again!

   The food is OUTSTANDING especially the fried mushrooms 🤗 BUT our server was terrible!

   Our server was very good and made sure we always had our tea glasses full and had everything we needed for an enjoyable dinner.

   We always enjoy our dining experience at Kirby’s. We decided to try the April special of Surf and Turf for $75. It was so much food. Included 7oz filet, 1lb Snow crab, lobster bisque with a delicious sauce, baked potato and salad. So worth the price. We don’t have room of dessert but we got it to go. It came with ice cream so we ate that and took the Bourbon Pecan pie for later. Our server was Jennifer, she was so attentive and friendly. The decor is great low lighting and light piano music to fill the romantic ambiance. Or just a special night out with friends. Either way, we will always be a regular guest.
