Fabulous Italian food. Very good value. Great ambiance. Every table was taken the night we were there, yet the noise level was very low and great for conversation. Highly recommend.

A neighborhood gem. The lobster ravioli and the carbonara were quality and nit quanity which more Italian restaurants need to figure out. Very warm and welcoming owner as well as the the waitress who was originally from Rome and had just relocated 15 days earlier from London. Great bar and very nice interior furnishings.

Very impressive! Be prepared to fall in love ! Sergio and his amazing team went the extra mile to ensure the experience was everything it needed to be. The food was delicious , ambience was perfect , and the service was personable and top notch. This place is perfect wether you're looking for a table for 2 or 10 . I look forward to the day they expand to other parts of San Diego ! Can't wait to bring more people here to discover the amazing Mia Trattoria experience! Hats off to Sergio!

Outstanding Italian food and service. We were there for Valentines’s Day and it was a perfect setting. The lobster ravioli and fettuccine with bolognese sauce were delicious. We also had cannoli for desert and it was to die for. Highly recommend

Food was ok, not the best Italian food I’ve had. Service ok, not overly solicitous. Atmosphere not very cozy, plus too loud with too many noisy kids.

This is a wonderful place with a warm homey feel, which combines Italian ambiance with excellent food. Very friendly service, they make you feel like family!
