   Once again brought out of towners for an authentic Italian meal. Very disappointed this time. Early Saturday evening and it wasn't busy at all - maybe eight tables. Waitress "forgot" our appetizers - remembered when our meal was delivered. Had to ask for bread three times and finally snagged the hostess for more. Usually the service is top notch. Biggest disappointment was the same as each time we visit. The food is NOT HOT. The lasagna is made to order - how is it not hot to the middle? Again, everyone at the table felt their entree should have been hotter. Sad because this is a very nice place. Very cozy, convenient, great wine list, and the menu variety and quality ingredients -excellent.

   Everything was very good. First time there and we will go back. Two appetizers and two entrees and everything was delicious. Service was pleasant and prompt. Dining area was open but nice ambiance. Pleasantly surprised. Looking forward to our next meal there.

   Went here for dinner before the show and the opera house. Food, drinks and service are all very good. Good menu choices.

   Food was a little better than Olive Garden. They did serve bread but no salad unless you ordered it extra. They do not have a blender at the bar so their drinks are limited. I expected an Italian restaurant to have Aperal, which is an Italian liqueur, but they did not. Music needs improvement and the decor could use some help. Don't get the artwork of old actors unless they are trying to tie in to the old Woodstock movie theater across the street. Something more Italian would be better. The gelato tasted like it has melted and been refrozen, very grainy and disappointing. Overall I was a little disappointed.

   This place is absolutely gorgeous!!!!! My daughter was not being the best so me and her left early but when we arrived, we were greeted with smiles and we had water and fresh bread on our table immediately. The food was great. Though I wish there was more options for kiddos they were very accomadating with helping us find the right things for them to split. The entrees are large portions which is great. Though I did not get to eat my food due to leaving early it was still absolutely delicious heated up later that night.

   We have been to this restaurant before & it was great, our server (the first time) Alex, was outstanding! This time was a different story, service was terrible. Our waiter was actually the bartender, and he was really lost. It took 15 min to get water, 45 min to get an appetizer. The meal finally came an hour later, the fish was terrible (tasted very fishy). After Alex saw that we were obviously disappointed in the service we were receiving she stepped up & asked if she could help with anything. The bartender blamed the whole experience on the poor communication in the kitchen. Alex even paid for a portion of our bill, which was not her responsibility at all! The manager should have stepped in at that point. If it wasn’t for the care/concern from Alex we would never return to this restaurant again. But she asked us if we were willing to give it a 3rd try. Recommendation for the owners, hire more people like her, she will save your business if you have nights like that again.

   Food was great and the service was outstanding. Sally Young's Meatball Salad is a must try. I especially like the Zuppa Di Pesce.

    We were welcomed and shown to a shared spot on the outside patio. Our waitress was friendly and looked after us (unobtrusively) during the meal. Nice menu, good kitchen, and our veal was well-prepared. But if you go there watch out for their bar prices. Wine is in a normal price range but I thought their charging $13.00 for a scotch-on-the-rocks was totally unreasonable. (Would have given a 5-star rating but for that...)
