   Seated outside despite requesting inside seating on reservation, when we asked the hostess for inside we're told it would be a wait. However, 2 couples who checked in after us were promptly seated inside. Service was slow and inattentive, dishes went to wrong table outside throughout the evening. To top it off, charged for a drink we never ordered but caught it before paying.

   Your booking made online was booked for outside. All of our tables indoors were booked by guests that choose indoors. We would never ever seat a guest outdoors unless its booked. Were sorry you booked incorrectly. Guests that came after you, booked where they wanted to sit. We offered you the option of waiting for the next available table indoors, but you turned down that option. Were very sorry your service felt slow and inattentive, it was clear you were very angry about sitting outside and we were doing our best to accommodate you.

   Great staff and nice table. Very knowledgeable waitstaff. Very organized considering it’s not been open too long. The menu had many options (and that is the chef’s pergogative) however having no traditional lasagna or a manicotti etc. was disappointing for our less adventurous eaters. I had the spinach ravioli my husband the short rib ravioli. I will say for us the short rib dish wasn’t very clear. Our guest had the potato gnocchi which was delicious. But bot of out ravioli was just so Al dente it just seemed very under cooked and we both didn’t feel well about an hour later. It was real tough and chewy. The spinach part was good.

   When I am in Mezzaluna I might just as well be in one of my favorite restaurants in NYC, CHicago or Los Angeles. Its a very cool vibe that is unlike any other restaurant in Bentonville. Great service, great food, incredible ambience. I was taken to Italy last night by my experience in Mezzaluna. Very authentic Italian food served by wonderful people

   Went with hubby and a dear friend, neither of which had been there previously. They Loved it as much as I do! Pasta was amazing! Great variety of items, & dietary needs all considered and fulfilled. Really nice evening, thank you!! :)

   We had an unfortunate experience at Mezzaluna. To start, sitting at the chef’s counter is tight. As a result, it’s not only difficult to communicate with your waiter, but it’s also challenging for the staff to serve drinks and food since the servers need to reach in between you and other guests. In addition, after we were presented with the bill my husband and I discovered we were not charged for a $58 bottle of wine, which we immediately brought to our waiter’s attention. Instead of thanking us and expressing gratitude for bringing the omission to his attention our waiter acted as it was no big deal as he stormed off. When we suggested perhaps he might consider comping the cost of a glass of wine that initially led us to purchase the bottle we were met with a look of disgust and silence. The waiter then brought us the corrected bill without saying a word. We paid the bill and tipped accordingly. (By the way, you should know they charge you 3% for using a credit card which is written in small print at the bottom of the menu). On leaving the restaurant the head waitress asked us if we enjoyed our meal and I relayed how disappointed we were at our waiter’s attitude when we disclosed the error. Instead of saying something to the effect, “I’m sorry he was rude to you, but our our policy does not allow us to comp a glass of wine or adjust the bill in any circumstances”, instead she said with a condescending tone, “So you think you should get a free glass of wine for doing the right thing?”. My husband and I were dumbfounded. We did not know how to respond to her disrespectful tone and rude remark. To make matters worse she came running after us, onto the sidewalk, thrusting a $20 bill insisting we take the money. I just shook my head and remarked that she had missed the whole point. Due to our experience with the staff, we will never return to that restaurant again.

   Good evening. Unfortunately, that's now how we remember it. You were not dealing with a head waitress - you were dealing with the Owner. demanding something for free from the waiter and then the owner, is really unbelievable. I kindly handed you $20 cash so you would leave and not embarrass yourselves any further. I can assure you I never left my restaurant and ran after you down the patio. fun facts: the chefs counter is our most popular seating in the restaurant It's your choice to use a CC in a restaurant, when you use a credit card , there is a charge. Why would I pay the charges for your choice. When you demand something from a restaurant, your most likely not going to get it. When you are kind, and nice to others, that's when good things will come your way.
