   What a wonderful place. Service and food were amazing. Those chilaquiles taste even better than in Mexico! Can’t wait to come back

   Absolutely incredible experience for a surprise get-together, super attentive staff and amazing food, and great for babies too - couldn't recommend it more!

   First time here. We should have walked out right away. Greeted by 2 dancers in "traditional" costumes doing a tap dance-like routine to incredibly loud music while roaming between the narrow aisles of the tables. Cinco de Mayo is far off, so I don't know what the occasion was, but nobody in the restaurant was paying much attention, as the restaurant was already very noisy without this extra noise! We ordered a bottle of white wine from their short wine list (which incidentally still listed California wines), and was told they were out of ours, so the server brought to our table two bottles as options, no discussion of what type of wines they were, or where they were from. We chose one. A warm white from Spain: Ocuar $75. We ordered the guacamole as a starter $23, and it came out quickly just as we were enjoying our first sip of wine. Tableside preparation was nice. It was no sooner put on our table and then, voila, the three other dishes appeared at the same time (all this on a small table for 2 with wine). The tacos de Camaron $27, short rib tacos $23, and carnitas tacos $23. I looked at the server and said "really?" She was about to walk away and I caught the attention of the manager and he took the 3 tacos dishes off the table (and put them under a heat lamp) while we finished the guacamole. And all this, while the "dancers" made all too regular appearances with the music blaring. And to finish off the evening (well 60 minutes worth), we noticed that our bill had $34 of pina enchilada tequila drinks we had not ordered. The server had them removed.

   Spectacular menu at this restaurant, their Shrimp Tacos was great and Chicken Enchiladas were a pleasant surprise...loved the slightly sweet mole on top it. The octopus was also very flavourful. Missed taking a picture of the Tres Liche cake, too good to let the camera eat first. Special callout to our waiter who took care of us tonight, had a great experience because of him.

   Martin, Emilio and Fernanda made our dining experience one of the best I’ve had in the city! I would recommend this spot over and over again to anyone wanting traditional mexican cuisine with a modern twist! They just had their one year anniversary and I sure hope they have many more to come!

    We had a wonderful time at Mexhico, the service was outstanding, the food was delicious and the ambience incredible. We will definitely go back soon. My favourite dish was short ribs tacos. Thanks to Chico, Martin and all the servers for making our night unforgettable.
