We love Mex and look forward to the re opening later this year!! Our server Raye was fantastic we wish her much success at Beaus.

We planned to celebrate a birthday at Mex in February 2020, but Covid changed our plans. We kept looking at the menu and noticed during covid, that Mex took my favorite dish off, carnitas. So…..We waited over 2 years to go back for the carnitas and noticed they were on the menu again!! Yay! We thought we would celebrate our anniversary at Mex. When we went for our reservation, we waited a long time to be greeted at our table. And finally, we were served water and waited even longer for drinks. We eventually ordered dinner and I asked for the long-awaited carnitas. But…they were out. That was super annoying since we specifically went for their carnitas. More annoying was our server, Souren, who was irritated and put off I needed more time to pick something different. I ordered the mahi mahi tacos and did not like them. When Souren asked if I wanted a box, I explained that I didn’t care for the tacos. His reply, “got it, I’ll get your bill.” There was no effort to apologize or offer to bring something else. This whole experience was disappointing. Will not be back.

I was not impressed. Food was meh, and pricey. Have tried a few times since they remodeled and I don’t think I will be back.

Went back after some time to find the restaurant even worse than before. In short, $14 for 3oz of Guac (Chips were good though). Dinner plates (two orders of tacos) had the appeal of worse than a cafeteria tray, and the drink I ordered with my meal arrived promptly after I finished my meal. Enough said!
