   The duck was easily the best I have ever had. It was both really complex while also 100% comfort food. Cornbread was perfection.

   I booked my birthday dinner last night, and I have to say — everything from the aesthetic and ambiance to the staff and the incredible food was truly five-star. My guests are still raving about both the dishes we enjoyed and the overall atmosphere. The team made my birthday feel so special, and I genuinely can’t wait to book another reservation. The only downside was that it was a bit difficult to locate the restaurant, and many of my guests had trouble finding it. Other than that, we had an absolutely amazing time.

   We got to our table and waited for almost 30 minutes. Nobody came to take any orders even though we asked for our waiter from the maitre d’. It was not a busy night AT ALL. We left since we were ignored for a long time!

   Our party of six arrived at different times and were seated at different tables. Drinks came at different times. Waited 1/2 hr for our mains and they arrived cool. I have been coming to Metropolis since it opened maybe a dozen times. Quality of food and service continue to decline. I
