   Service was great, staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. Food was amazing. It gets better every time we go. The lamb sirloin was out of this world. Perfectly cooked, seasoned to perfection.

   We had a really great time last time we ate here for my mom's birthday, so we decided to do a lunch during the long weekend. We had no problem with the food and with the service we received. However, out of all the high-top tables and chairs in the restaurant, they sat a large group beside my family, and the restaurant was not as busy at this point (just after the lunch rush and before dinner). There was another high top table just on the other side of the pillar, but this loud group was placed right beside us and it affected our experience.

   I had a pasta on special with shrimps and they were delicious.and the service was above the level I think her name was Michelle and she gave me the best service ever

   This was our first time ordering family style meals at Mercato. The risotto was ok and the rib dish we ordered was far too spicy for people at our table, even with the sauce on the side. We were not advised about the spice levels when we ordered and had no idea that this would be an issue. The noise level at the restaurant was excessively loud as usual, and one of our party had to leave early due to a headache caused by the noise. Those sensitive to noise would be advised to avoid busy times to have a more calm experience.

   Food was great as usual. It’s not cheap but for the quality and portion size I think it’s pretty good value. We spent $500 for 4p which is not cheap but the food was worth it. Where the restaurant consistently fails is its service - waitstaff seem unhappy (think airline/flight attendant-level service) and/or apathetic. A shame for a restaurant with its pedigree and quality of food.

   Dining selections are freshly prepared and very tasty. Excellent selection of quality wines to accompany dinner. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

    We had a lovely dinner today at the chefs table/bar. The lamb meal was absolutely delicious and perfectly made. Food was truly very very tasty! Timing of food was also great. Thanks for making my husbands birthday wonderful
