Serving Breakfast, Lunch, Happy Hour and Dinner Tuesday through Saturday, Closed Sunday and Monday.
With the opening of Fruition Restaurant in 2007, Alex Seidel set out to create Denver’s first restaurant offering sophisticated comfort food. Holding fast to the vision of creating a learning environment for himself, his staff, and ultimately his guests, Alex realized there was more to cooking food than just assembling ingredients. His growing respect for and relationships with small farmers and foragers is what helped shape Alex’s next career move. In 2009, Alex purchased a small farm in Larkspur, Colorado, home now to Colorado’s first artisanal sheep dairy; Fruition Farms Dairy and Creamery. With these experiences in hand, all Alex needed was a platform to share these artisan products with the community. That is Mercantile dining & provision, our next venture and an outlet for the farm and our deep relationships with both local and international purveyors.

Had an early dinner before a show . Food was great as was the service. Bill was reasonable to what was expected. Atmosphere was great. I would not like to be there when the dining room is full. I imagine it would be quite loud.

We had some members of our party with dietary restrictions and our waiter seemed oblivious as to how to accommodate. They ran out of multiple things we ordered after we ordered them.

I've been several times over the years. Last nite was not great. Cod a little cold and salty. Presentaion a tad sloppy. Service, meh.
