    This was our first time at Melviyn’s and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was outstanding and unique. There’s a lot of dishes on their menu that you just don’t see in restaurants anymore, such as table side flambés. . Their Steak Diane is outstanding. They have bananas foster, and Cherrie‘s jubilee and it’s like an old-fashioned steakhouse that you feel to a step back in time. It was really great.

    We had an amazing dinner at Melvyn’s on our first night in Palm Sorings staying at the Ingleside Estate. We were at the Sinatra table so we had fun imagining what an evening at Melvyn’s looked like from his perspective. Everything was perfection - food, cocktails, service, ambiance - wouldn’t have changed a thing!

    Prior to booking this reservation, there was no post nor mention on Melvyns website nor Opentable that on Easter it was going to be a buffet. We found out when we got there by the host. Also, at $125 per person, the food that was served was not at all worth it. Very limited options and it honestly reminded me of a free continental breakfast you would get at a mediocre hotel. We usually love coming here but with the last minute buffet notice and the very underwhelming food with a very expensive cost, this experience was disappointing :(

    Food was delicious . Caesar salad and oysters fresh and delicious. The filet and steak frites were done as requested. The crème brûlée was excellent too

    The night started with a $10.00 valet charge to park. The ambience is lovely, although a little stuffy. The food was good, but the portions were very small. I had the Wedge Salad and Chilaian Sea Bass. The Wedge Salad was ordinary with a $22.00 price tag. The Sea Bass was a very small piece, about 4 bites. Maybe 3 oz, if that, for $45.00. It looked like a peice of sushi on my plate. The flavors we're a bit bland, as well. It's a nice place with good service, but definitely worth the price. We will not be returning.

    Shelly. Totally outstanding. Accommodating and intuitive and knowledgeable and engaging with the kids without sacrificing the elegant steakhouse vibe. Give her a raise.
