   Service was friendly, but there was a really long wait for mains to come which seemed strange when the restaurant wasn’t busy. Food was tasty but the bread under the open kebab would have been amazing if it had been warmer.

   This was a real disappointment. I’ve eaten lunch at a different restaurant in the chain and had a fantastic experience. I love this type of food. This promised a lot and delivered very little. The welcome, decor and atmosphere were good. The starters were fine. But the main courses were a disaster. There was a significant wait and then when they arrived one was stone cold (when sent away it was returned microwaved which just doesn’t work when you have feta, lettuce and humous on the plate also!) and one was inedible (it was cold, dry and looked like it’d be sitting ready to go for a long time). I think this might be an example of a chain trying to grow too quickly and over promising on what it can deliver.

   Food was okay but service was abysmal. Arrived for our 6 pm booking, restaurant was maybe 25% full, plenty of wait staff but literally not one of them could be bothered. Had to chase down our server for the bill and then to pay, she wasn't busy, she was gossiping with a colleague about another colleague. I felt sorry for the couple next to us who arrived later and waited for 20 minutes just to be asked if they wanted a drink (and they had to flag down a waitress even for that, I would have left by then). I can't imagine how much revenue the service is actually costing the business, we would have spent a lot more if the service was decent. Never again.

   It was a quick post-work dinner with a couple of friends - but the food was amazing and the service was great too - attentive , polite and friendly. This may have just become a local!

   Great tasting food and ambience. Good deal on 2 or 3 course set. Slight disappointment that house red wine had run out (? 6.30 in the evening) and main course served on a cold metal tray so it lost heat very quickly. But would go back.

   food was great. We booked for Valentine's day, it was quite busy so we didn't get a good service.

   We had such a great time at Megan's. The posh lamb doner kebab was to die for and I think I'm addicted to their half-baked cookie dough. Dog friendly too! We sat in the main restaurant but the lounge area looked really cosy for drinks & there's a cute little book exchange too.
