   We went on a wensday it was just us three the servis was good the people where lovely Food was great ,drinks were a bit expensive But overal we was very happy and defo will be back

   Really poor, took over an hour for food to be delivered. T-bone steak was medium well not medium rare and poor quality meat. Chips were over cooked and veg cold. Meal was £38 per dish so was expecting a lot more. Very disappointed, offered to pay for wine but waitress could see food was unacceptable and gave us free of charge. Went to miller and Carter the next day and T-bone steak was perfect and dish was £28! No paying extra for chips and veg!

   Awesome food. I think the pepper grinder was broken on out starters but still very enjoyable. We were the only people there but the staff we’re extremely accommodating. Will definitely go back

   Good food, good service but a bit cold in there and the menu isn’t very child friendly

   We were the only diners last evening so the ambiance was a bit lacking. The food we had was delicious but we found it very expensive. The mains are priced for the main element only, veg/salad and potato options are all extra costs. So although delicious, my single salmon steak cost £18.50. The restaurant is decorated with amazing props and furniture and fittings are high end and well chosen.

   Unfortunately wasn't as expected. The restaurant was completely empty, the decorations was mediocre and although the food was average ok, the value for money wasn't ideal. The prices are quite high and you have to add the extra on the top. The waiter was very friendly and did his best, but wouldn't come back again.

   Fantastic food good service ...but it was slightly chilly in there but apart from that very good

   The ambient temperature was so cold we (and other diners) ended up putting our coats back on. I cannot fault the staff and loved the decor. When the food arrived it was beautifully presented but, sadly at the expense of it being Luke warm. Plates and cutlery were cold. The lamb shank was chewy and could have done with another couple of hours cooking. Desserts again were really well presented chocolate fondant and cheesecake were good. The poached pair was nice but minuscule, never seen such a tiny pear! Overall it’s a shame as it wouldn’t take much to fix. I don’t like bad reviews but if the owners take note and make a few improvements it may help the place .

   The decor of the restaurant is exceptional! Great vibe. The food, albeit a little slow was superb, however, when you see the huge portion sizes you can appreciate why it takes a little longer to cook. I'd recommend a 3hour time slot for a 3 course dinner with coffees. I will definitely be going back

    Very slow service, venison was well done when asked for med rare- second time came out blue. When we told the waitress not to bother a third time on mains she said it was because they were busy but we were the only table in the restaurant? Freezing restaurant, slow service and poor food.
