   A great new option for dinner in Steamboat. They have a big variety of shared plates, meat and cheese board and smoked fish. Lots of non meat options as well. Excellent wine and drink selection as well.

   Meatbar has long been a staple for lunches in Steamboat, but now their new dinner service deserves an additional review. Every dish we tried was perfection. Baby burrata is a must! Laid back but upscale, Meatbar is a true winner!

   Absolutely melt in your mouth cheeses. Flavorful meats, creative combinations. Pleasantly delicious and filling! Clean simple decor and corner filled with yummy gift ideas

   Great ambiance, owners and staff very nice. Good selection and they offer lot of variety off menu. We had nice bottle of Italian wine as well. It’s a great place to have lite dinner.

   Wonderful meats and cheeses. The carafe of wine and charcuterie plate was a nice deal. The addition of salads and sandwiches is also good. Always an enjoyable evening.

   Laura the Butcher and her entire team welcome you in to a wonderful experience. If you appreciate having every taste curated and selected with exquisite care, you must experience Meat Bar! From Laura's amazing skills and Catherine's beautiful smile to the caper-berries, prosciutto, Serrano, blood sausage and cheeses chosen for perfect pairing flavor, you will be filled with love and delight!!!

   Great menu and food was delicious! Owner is friendly and welcoming. Small but comfortable seating area. Quiet - so you could have a conversation without yelling - what a pleasure!

    We made a reservation for dinner on a weeknight. It was like stepping into a European market. The meat and cheese selection was excellent and the waitress’ knowledge about everything on the menu was superb. We will be going back again. Highly recommend for a quick snack or dinner. This was an amazing, unique experience and if you love charcuterie, wine or Spanish tapas you have to try this place. Great value on the bottle of wine—we had the Tempranillo.
