   I cannot believe this place hasn’t been shut down yet. What a fantastic location for such an absolutely garbage establishment. The service is abysmal. I waited 30 min for a beer today. Was it because of the holiday? No. It’s always like this. The food is total trash too. Nothing is fresh. It’s all just microwaved junk. This place needs to close down. There is no quality in the food or the service. I only come here because it’s attached to the park. This place has zero management nor expectations of their staff.

   While the food and service were very good, we waited 30 minutes past our reservation time for a table. It was uncomforyably loud. The floors in the dining and buffet areas were not kept clean. They ran out of glassware and dessert.

   We arrived promptly for our 5:15 Easter dinner reservation but weren't seated until 6:00. A hostess brought us to an outdoor tent where no one else was seated, that was only partially set up, with tables and place settings, and was very far from the buffet, especially compared to the rest of the dining room. She said she would check for another table, and left us waiting there. She came back a few minutes later and brought us to a table in the dining room that had a tablecloth and nothing else—no napkins, silverware, salt and pepper, or small table lamps (like all the other tables had). The food on the buffet was not good—everything was dry or tough—and was not regularly replenished. Plates and cups were not being turned over and they turned to using plastic solo cups. No one who works there seems to care about anything. We won't be back.

   This was not my first visit to McLoone’s – my experiences have been inconsistent – the Easter Brunch was surprisingly an exception – the food was really great – one of the best omelets I have had in recent memory – the crab cakes were a special treat – and even the mimosa was acceptable – arrived on time for my 2:30 reservation but had to wait for seating – not unreasonable but since I am a senior and so was one of my guest standing while waiting was not all that pleasant – Johnathan, our server was pleasant and efficient – a nice addition was David who assisted my post knee surgery guest back to the table refusing a gratuity The low score for value related to billing – fully aware of the price per person, the first bill brought to the table reflected the price adequately – after relinquishing my credit card the bill returned with the 20% gratuity added – there should have been some indication on the posted per person price, and 20% for a Buffet?

   Always a great experience. Good tasting food, however the menu needs to be revised as it seems to be the same foods each time we go for buffets.

   We have been visiting McLoone's Boathouse for a few years now for Easter Brunch and have always had a great experience. The food setup always looks beautiful and clean as I noticed the staff consistantly making sure it was sanitary as well. My family enjoyed everything which was most important to me. I highly recommend this establishment for their brunch!

   Pretty slow service and pricey for the quality of food. Chicken tacos had absolutely NO seasoning. The cauliflower appetizer was great though. They were blasting strictly bubblegum pop music which was a bit annoying. The ambiance was great, I would maybe come back and sit at the bar and get some appetizers, but don’t think i’d come back for dinner.

    The service was atrocious. The host stand had no idea what they were doing couldn’t even take people who had reservations. I felt like going behind the stand and running it myself. They were in slow motion & had no urgency or prioritization or customer service skills for front of the house. The crowds of people in there with reservations that they absolutely could not handle. Then we go back to sit down at our table and we waited for 15 to 20 minutes before someone even came over to greet us. They never brought our drinks. We couldn’t even flag anyone down to help us. I’ve been to some restaurants or service wasnt great but this place was off the charts. I have no clue who is managing the place but I hope the owner comes by and takes a hard look at how this place is being run. Food was decent but due to the crazy awful service, we will not go back. Also, adding that I’ve never complained about a restaurant or posted a review on OpenTable.
