   Overall a great evening celebrating a friend's birthday! We did the family style meal which was delicious and we all went home with food so it was really great value too!

   Toujours une super belle expérience au McKiernan! L’endroit a quelque chose de magique, parfait en toute occasion. C’est beau, c’est grand et aéré, le service est exceptionnel et chaleureux, la nourriture est fraîche et de grande qualité, ultra savoureuse. Le rapport qualité prix est bien aussi. Je recommande fortement! :) Merci à vous pour un autre beau moment!

   This restaurant exceeded my expectations! It’s a very family friendly, comfy vibe and is also very spacious. The food was absolutely delicious and there was something for everyone on the menu. My favourite was the Brussel sprouts and their pillowy soft dinner rolls. Additionally the service was phenomenal! The staff was so friendly and accommodating and our waiter Vanessa was super sweet, even bringing us an additional dessert on the house. I will definitely be coming back soon!

   Went for Easter brunch. 4 people. My husband had 2 pieces of snitzel I had 1 piece. We ordered fries. Our friends had the hashbrown and French toast and a bowl of fruit. 3 lemonades and 1 spritz $165.00 +tip. VERY EXPENSIVE. ITS NOT NORMAL TO PAY THIS MONEY FOR MEDIOCRE FOOD AND QUANTITY. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NEVER RETURN NIR WILL I RECOMMEND. THANK YOU CARMELA

   I've been eating at McKiernan since they opened and have never had a disappointing experience. I go often with my wife and friends etc and when my family visits from out of town I try to make a point of showing them this place. Their standard menu is fantastic, but I've learned over the years to always try their specials especially during dinner service - they do not miss. I couldn't count how many fantastic one-off plates I've had from the specials that their chef runs. In summary just go eat here and see for yourself; kind and knowledgeable staff, amazing wine list, delicious food, huge portions, reasonable prices, a beautiful dining room with tons of natural sunlight, they accommodate large groups as well. Their brunch is also unreal. This place is a gem truly and a wonderfully casual and approachable addition to the Joe Beef family of restaurants.

   Service was terrible. We made a reservation on OpenTable, but had to wait 20 minutes to be seated and another 20 minutes to order. Drinks were very good, particularly the House Punch (they brought a whole other table for the punch bowl). The brussel sprouts and tartare were very salty (still good in my opinion, but some people in our party did not appreciate). The schnitzel was okay (the Bomba sauce on it is really good though). Lemon Meringue pie was very good, but the brownie was too dense. Overall: Subpar, particularly for the price.
