   Saw their segment on Chris Beard's "Eat like a local" on Channel 2. Went there for my wife's birthday and it was perfect. Not usually a fan of small plates, but they were so enticing and fairly priced, that we had quite a few and were stuffed after dessert ... and we didn’t have to take out a loan when the check came. A great way to experience Mexican cuisine that isn't just TexMex. Kudos to Adrian and his team. Go, SaberCats!

   Great service. House margaritas were amazing. All good dishes are unique and tasty. Patio was beautiful.

   The shrimp queso fundido was so different and excellent! The short rib mole was divine! The peacemaker was nice blend of mezcal and bourbon - dangerous mix :) The service was nice and the ambience is casual.

   This is a wonderful restaurant, run by kind people who care about the food and their guests. Each dish is carefully considered and carefully prepared with the very best ingredients. The design of the restaurant and even the actual dinnerware is eclectic and stylish.

    Every time we go to Maximo, we eat and drink something different, and we’ve never had a bad bite or sip. The cornbread is excellent (although I would be equally happy with a smaller serving of caviar), the crudo is delicious, the short ribs are great, the desserts are creative and tasty, we love all of the taco varieties, and the cocktails, mescal, tequilas, Mexican saki, and the wines are always terrific! The service is always attentive without being intrusive, and the staff is very well informed. We can’t wait to stop by for brunch sometime soon.
