   They were out of many of the beers (strange for a brewing company) and the food was mediocre. Got the New York steak wedge, and it was like shoe leather. Parking was complicated, so best to walk there if you can.

   Our waitress was friendly and we were served in a timely manner . Food was ok , burger was a bit greasy. For the price food should be better.

   This was our first meal after arriving on Maui and what a treat it was. We came for happy hour and tried their signature margaritas and cheddar cheese hamburgers. Both were delicious. The waitress was very attentive and helpful. We had the best table in the place, but there are several tables with wonderful views. We plan to return and try some of the other dishes on the menu.

   Was so excited to go to MBC. Bar and view were great and food was ok. That noted I am a MBC fan, and wanted to try different beers. That wasn’t the focus for the wait staff. It was hard to order a beer and getting it took a loooooonnnnnggggg time. Come on, get back to your roots and promote the brewery…. Another point is we were celebrating our daughter’s 23rd birthday. I captured that in the Open Table reservation, and it wasn’t called out or recognized by the waitstaff. Do better restaurant mngt in recognizing these requests. I could’ve / should’ve went elsewhere but thought she would enjoy MBC….

   It was great until we got the bill. We went for happy hour and food was $5 off and $3 off for drinks. We ordered 4 things off the happy hour menu, and one alcoholic beverage. That’s supposed to have at least $23 off of the bill but instead they took off $5 for the whole bill. First off all, we didn’t even get a printed receipt but was just shown the total off the card reader, and was given the receipt after the fact, trusting the server. Unfortunately we had already paid and gave % in tips, when we noticed the breakdown in prices. So I asked a personel at the entrance and showed her the receipt and she verified that it was wrong so they would correct it. However, the “correction” was still wrong, they only took off $13 and kept the tip which should have been lower cuz it was based on percentage. The food was decent it wasn’t anything special so we thought this place was just disappointing and scamming.

   Wonderful and friendly waitress. The kids grilled cheese, not melted, wasn’t good. Fish tacos were ok. Steak nachos were tasty. Beer great.
