   First time dining at this restaurant, the server was disengaged and did not give dining suggestions. I am unsure if he was not familar with the menu or had a bad night. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, hefty tab! We dine well, so the bill was not the problem it was the customer service. Disappointing !!

   The food was decent, though not spectacular, with dishes being overly salty. The dining room felt cramped, and the close proximity of tables made it uncomfortable, especially with servers constantly nearby while attending to other tables. However, Erin, my server, was exceptional—knowledgeable, kind, and truly enhanced my experience.

   Food was fantastic overall disappointed with my experience. When booking the reservation and when they called to confirm we were coming they emphasized HOW important the dress code was and emphasized dressy restaurant etc… Pictures looked dressy also and had never been before. When getting there I was shocked at how loud the music was playing in the restaurant- to the point where I couldn’t speak to my husband. Shawn Mendes and Billie Eilish were shouting in our ears. So not only loud but not appropriate dinner music with white table cloths etc… Server was rushing us and didn’t offer any info about the menu or food… They did print Happy birthday on my menu and did bring out birthday cheesecake with a candle. Also, people were in casual attire so the emphasized dress code prior to arriving was confusing. That said, too loud, not romantic or special. Even though the food was exceptional we will not be back. For the price they need to create a better atmosphere.

   We celebrated our anniversary at Mastro's and had a fabulous time! The service was impeccable and the food delicious! The little touches such as "Happy Anniversary" printed in our menu, a card left on our table for us and the complimentary cheesecake, which was maybe the best I've ever had, really helped make the night special. They also had a wonderful live singer that really set the mood. We'll be back!

   Excellent all around. Service was awesome Food and drinks were amazing. Perfect way to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We even had our granddaughter and they made the appropriate accommodations and even volunteered to hold her if needed. 😊 The pianist had a beautiful voice and make the evening perfect. She even sang to our granddaughter which made her happy and kept her calm.

   It was absolutely amazing. The food ambiance and our server was awesome. Celebrated our 24th Anniversary and it was a very memorable dining experience. Thank you!
