    This is a restaurant that understands service. The wait staff don't leave you wondering if they will ever return, but also don't bug you too much. The food is exquisite, whatever you choose will be perfect. My daughter and I had the most melt-in-your-mouth filets of our lives, and the lobster mashed potatoes were beyond delicious (and crazy expensive). The cocktails are well crafted also. Be prepared to drop a ridiculous amount of money, but the meal will be absolutely top-notch and perfect in every way.

    Thank you for making Father’s Day so amazing for my wonderful husband. And you also remembered it was my birthday a couple weeks ago and the birthday dessert was amazing. As always, the service was impeccable and the food beyond compare. Keep up the good work.

    Super loud and boisterous eating in the bar - that is fine as that is why you'd eat there imo, but if you want a conversation, it would be tough. Service was EXTREMELY slow. Our waitress was polite, and apologetic, but bread service, main course, and dessert were all very slow to get to us. They brought me the wrong entree. They were extremely apologetic and offered to "quickly" make me the right one, but I kinda felt like quickly might not be so quick so I declined. They comped my meal and allowed us to keep the wrong entree, which was nice of them. They also comped a dessert for us, but since it took approx. 30 minutes to come out (after everything else being slow) it made the experience worse in a way. I will say that the food we did get was all excellent. Three hours for the meal, mostly because of the timing of their service is way too slow though.

    Great server. DUKE. He understood that we were a vendor companies, sponsoring healthcare providers and worked with us closely on food dish, offerings which we really appreciate appreciated.

    Business traveler. Sat at the bar. Service was excellent, food was fantastic. Might have been the best halibut I have ever had. Restaurant was not crowded but can see where it could have a lively vibe.

    Duke is the best server, ever! We have been to Mastro’s several times and hands down our favorite server is Duke! Highly recommend the king crab legs and steaks as well!

    Best dining experience I have had! The service was amazing, and the attention to every detail was appreciated. We were celebrating our anniversary and had indicated that when we made our reservations. The menus we received had Happy Anniversary on them, and the maitre'd and wait staff members all offered us congratulations. A manager stopped by to make sure that our meal was prepared as requested and to make sure we were enjoying our food. The following day, I was shocked to receive a call to follow up on our experience and to thank us for dining at Mastro's Ocean Club. We will definitely visit again when we are in Scottsdale, AZ, and we will tell our family and friends to visit it for a special dining experience and great meal!

    The crusted grouper and Alaskan Halibut was amazing dishes. I love steak but this was a delight. Service always impeccable, always there when needed. I can’t say enough about consistency and you always get quality food here.
