   So this is my first time at this location. I had a reservation for 9pm. There is a 15 Grace period. I arrived prior to the end of the Grace period and there was an employee at the door guarding the door saying it's closed and we were not able to come in. I informed the employee I had a reservation and was still in my Grace period time. The employee told us to remain outside and would not even allow us inside. He called a supervisor while still had us waiting outside in the strong winds and not allowing us to come in. A supervisor came out to say he will still honor the reservation. We sat at the table and we both gave our orders about 5 minutes after my order the waiter came back to say there was no more chicken so I was forced to either eat a salad or nothing at all since I do not eat beef or seafood. When I got my chop salad it was full of cabbage and the waiter never said there was cabbage in the salad when I ordered it and specifically asked what was in the salad.The waiter asked if we wanted bread service but due to the hiccups so far the bread service could have been offered complimentary. From the entrance to the mishaps with the food my experience at this particular location was not so great.

   Great experience and beautiful scenery. Loved the singers who were awesome. Food was excellent. I had the best swordfish ever. Can’t wait to go back.

   A beautiful setting on the water with first class service and first rate food. Dinner choices at the table were filet, jerk grouper and tuna steak and each was prepared exactly as was requested. Lobster mashed potatoes were as rich and decadent as it sounds. The only small complaint was the need to try and create atmosphere with piped in music which, when combined with the sounds from the river and streets was distracting but not enough to overcome a very nice evening.

    Staff has an entitlement issue. We go to much nicer restaurants and get treated better.
