   If you happen to be at the Hilton, or in the area for that matter, and want a great food, great service and a great ambiance, look no further........Make sure you meet Joe the bartender and Frank at the front desk....you'll feel right at home, they couldn't have made the evening any better!! The secret marinade on the steak was delish!

   We heard mixed reviews from Yelp but since we lived in the neighborhood we thought we would give the restaurant try. The place was empty when we arrived but gradually people came in. We ordered a porterhouse for 4. We were told that the hotel ran out. The place was EMPTY! Then we asked for 2 porterhouses for 4 - they didn't have that either. Then whys did the waiter say they did? They only had single porterhouses. The service as a whole was fine. The place was clean. The food wasn't that good. I won't even eat there if I was staying at the hotel. The place was way too expensive for the quality of food that was served. We could have gone to another steakhouse and paid the same amount but would of had a better meal. You would think that Hilton would have a better qualtuy restaurant

   From the wedge salad to the porterhouse steak, everything was prepared deliciously. The garlic mashed potatoes had so much butter they were decadent. The roasted asparagus was a little overcooked, but had a beautiful char and lovely flavor. Very good wine list with reasonable prices! Definitely worth eating at this restaurant when you're looking for a delicious steak dinner in a relaxed and beautiful environment.

   The steaks had so much salt we could barely eat them. The cream spinach and mashed potatoes had no taste. It was as if the cooked it in a microwave. There service was horrible. It was like the waitress never took an order before or new when to remove an item or drink from the table. for this price it is not worth the experience.

   Should have realised when on a Saturday no problem getting a table and once we got there it was empty. First clue

   The service was attentive though not cloying. Drinks were carefully prepared and wine was good. Short ribs were so good, I ate the entire (large) portion. Three others raved over planked salmon. No room for dessert. Pleasant meal.

   I must preface this review by saying the last time we ate here it was very good. This time around I can't say the same. There was an issue with the soda system and all our soda were flat. It took a half-hour to find a server to replace them, an again the sodas were still flat. Well ok, these things happen. However I can not forgive the poor quality of the filet mignons. The steak had a strange taste and I did not eat more than 3 bites. The creamed spinach was absolutely foul. Shortly afterwards my stomach was not good to say the least. This restaurant had promise but unfortunately is off my list. When you are charging high-end steakhouse prices, you better deliver quality food.
