    Extremely poor service. Waiter couldn't describe the dishes. Had to ask for cutlery, refills of water. Food was bland, curry watered down. Was overcharged for items on bill. Would not recommend.

    This was my second visit to Masala Zone and I'll definitely be back for a third! The food is great and the prosecco tasteful, together with the authentic atmosphere and very quick service the Masala Zone gives a very worthwhile dining experience! The main improvements that could be done would be the placement of the tables and the charisma of the staff! It does feel a bit squeezed in when your table is oboe a couple of decimetres from the next... Also the presentation of the menu by the waiter sounded quite to much rehearsed rather than genuine and motivating! But in the end I would summarise it as an overall very good dining experience!

    Slow service. Waited over half hour for masala because they had failed to heat up hot plate for lunch on a weekday. Not acceptable in the area...

    Pre theatre dinner choice. Great food options for veg- quality of the food was amazing! service was slightly slow but loved the ambience and would be back again!

    Very poor value for money. Order samosas and you only get 1. Not value for money at all. A rip off.

    close to the tube & Royal Opera House, so very easy to find, this restaurant provides an excellent dining experience. Great tasting food and excellent service in a great restaurant.
