   Worst mahi-mahi ever!!! Dried out under a heat lamp because server was to busy flirting with another table.

   We showed up and they didn't have our reservation and in fact the manager advised that they were not taking reservations on the night we had one. Reservation was confirmed via text and nothing. The manager really didn't care and did nothing to accommodate us. I travel to Miami for work very often and I will never go back to this place and I have already begun sharing that experience with many.

   When I told them about the reservation, they said they don't take reservations! They said they understand they are on OpenTable but they don't practice it! So I am very confused how OpenTable list this place... Having said this, the staff was kind to get us the table we wanted.

   Arrived 30 mins early (to an empty restaurant and bar) and advised Barman we had a reservation. He offered to make us drinks while we waited. Don’t do it. The worst Margareta ever. Barman insisted he made the best. No. Just tequila and ice. No Cointreau / triple sec, no lime and no salt. He blended it for so long it became a slushy that he couldn’t get out of the blender without half Of it missing the glass so he topped it up with more tequila. After 30 mins we sat at a table next to the bar to be totally ignored by the waiting staff for at least another 30mins. So we left. Shame really as we had been here before and it was great but not now. Final indignation $40 for two appalling Drinks Won’t ever be returning here.

   Eddie was a great host...he received us AND made our meal for us which was outstanding. We were ahead of the snowbird crush which explains the “quietness”. Website site should declare which nights are featuring live music. We’ll be sure to talk you up in Montreal!

   I wanted to love this place, but the tables weren’t clean, we had to order a second round of drinks (and ask for our check) at the bar and by the time the last entree was served, the first was finished eating.

   We were here on a Saturday night, and the place was half empty. Food quality is comparable to McDonald's but it will take them over 30 minutes to make it. When the food finally came, most of it was not as described in the menu. Very slow service; we helped ourselves to silverware. Don't expect to get water. We ordered a pitcher of sangria. It came out 15 minutes later. Once we tasted it, we went up to the bar and asked what they put in their sangria. We were told that they were out of juice, so the person making drinks explained that he used Bloody Mary mix. He offered to make it again, but we chose to have it taken off the bill. Every staff member was friendly. Especially the younger man who continued to make inappropriate passes at my friend. If you are looking to regret spending 2 hours and $200 on a dinner for four, I would recommend dining here.
