This is a fantastic restaurant. The staff is amazing and the food is incredible. Great experience! Chef Taylor took care of us, as did the rest of the staff! Highly recommend this restaurant!!

Fabulous menu, friendly and good service in a nice setting. The creativity of the chef(s) and the fresh (some unusual) fish makes for a delicious meal. Don't forget the hot menu items. This restaurant should not be missed while in Aspen.

MARU had great inventive sushi and cooked dishes. Kid friendly to the extent thatvhey have fried chicken—tonkatsu.

We had a fantastic time at Maru. It was our first visit to this restaurant and we will definitely be coming back next year! The food was amazing and the staff was outstanding. Friendly, fun and accommodating. We loved it!
