   The food, service and ambiance were amazing. The sommelier, Alexandra, was delightful and very helpful. Our server, Melinda was friendly and attentive. The hostess, Ashley was terrific and of course, special kudos to Chris the Chef. I highly recommend the Marcus - we ate there three times during our stay and would happily return.

   Excellent service by an excellent staff. Chef Chris is outstanding and knows how to create happiness! Yogi our waiter was brilliant!

   We arrived for our 7:30 reservation, after being seated the noise level from the evening music was very loud such that we couldn’t talk across the table. we were relocated to the outside area, the noise level was much reduced. unfortunately we waited over 1 hour for initial service and received our appetizers 45 minutes later. our main courses, Yardbird Chicken was quite dry with cool side dishes (not warm) and the steak frits was served 10 minutes later. We finally resorted to leaving our table to search for our server to obtain the bill for our meals. overall the quality of our meals fell far below previous experienced and service was extremely slow.

   Valentines Fay and retirement and kicking cancer celebration. Les is the general manager and greeted us when we arrived early. We tasted Marcus’s signature Swizzle and bourbon raspberry beverages at the bar before dinner. Our meal was superb. I was in awe of the fish bites where Marcus recreated the Bermudian fish chowder into round bites. How did he do that. John had the special Bermuda Triangle which featured octopus, shrimp and fish paella and I had short rib raviolis. All was topped by a visit to the exquisitely decorated chocolate cave with a chocolate buffet of desserts. Oh my. It even included props for photos against the wall. Over the top! Marcus leadership and excellent staff executed a great event. We will come back for sure!

   The setting was nice and the space is impressive, but sadly the food was underwhelming, esp when you factor in the price. The best part of the meal was the chicken and waffles app - it went downhill from there. I like to think that based on the reviews, it was just an off night, but still disappointing.
